Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. Thank you for joining us for the Use Stencils Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.

This week the challenge is

Anything Goes

We are showcasing Pink and Main Products this week. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used.

I’m in my pink era at the moment so a Pink and Main focused challenge is perfect! I’ve also rediscovered my love of toner foiling and Pink and Main have a fantastic selection of foils to chose from – obsessed!

I created my sentiment by printing a sheet of solid black on my laser printer. I then ran this through my Heidi Swapp Minc machine using Pink and Main Sparkle Pink Cheerfoil to give me a full sheet of sparkly joy!! I then used the Pink and Main Cheers Word Dies to die cut the word Congrats from it and 3 times from white card to stack to create a dimensional sentiment.

My background panel was created using a smooshing technique on Tim Holtz Watercolour card, distress oxde inks and Distress Spritz sprays. When dry I used the Sparkle Stencil with Translucent Distress Paste and Rock Candy Glitter to give it a touch more sparkle!

Use Stencils

We are showcasing Simon Says Stamp Products this week. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used.

I have had a blast using the new Heart To Heart release products and one of my favourites is the Love City stencil set. It is SO versatile – you can use all 3 as I have done on 3 of my cards or any one of them on their own to create cool patterns.

Ive used several other products from including the “must have” Basic Hearts dies, the Heart Suite Stamps and Dies, the Snow and Stars Embossing Folder and the beautiful Flourish Heart Die.

Something New

We are showcasing Gina K Products this week. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used.

My something new is the Gina K Heartfelt Stencil that I used with Duo Transfer Gel and Berry Crush decofoil. I created a panel using Distress inks in Picked Raspberry and Kitsch Flamingo and adhered it it to the card front.

I then die cut two hearts from the Simon Says Stamp Basic Hearts Dies – one in vellum and one from the panel I made using the stencil.

I finished it off with a Simon Says Stamp Pretty Bow die cut and a sentiment from Altenews Mini Sentiments Embossing Folder.
