Tay Family
So my whole family was in town and I had the most wonderful time with them. The house was lively and noisy and it's all quiet again. I got my brothers and my parents addicted to Wii. My mum loved playing golf and my dad loved tennis. My dad did the best BBQ on Friday, amazing rib eyes. Daniel took family pictures for all of us. It will be a while before the 6 of us get together again. Joel's going into military and Julian's going on his mission soon. I miss you all!!! See you soon in Switzerland!

MIA... now we're back!
We're lazy bloggers... that's also because we've been busy with work. So we finally took a nice long vacation to Cancun!
We stayed at Sun Palace, it's a couples-only resort, so no kids or college spring breakers. All the rooms had ocean view and a jacuzzi tub inside. "Life is good" was our favorite phrase. We did ziplines, ATV, wave runners and kayak. Didn't know we still had those energy in us. Of course we visited Chichen Itza. One dollar, one dollar.... mayan vendors everywhere. Cool Mayan ruin and it was interesting learning about the Mayan culture, but once is enough. We cancelled all the other Mayan ruin tours we had planned. I'm sure the buildings looked vibrant at one period of time years ago, but they now just look.... ruined. We spent a day walking around Cancun (the city bus is so convenient), laying by the pool and going to the beach. Oh, we also did a full body scrub and massage. It was good.... relaxing. We visited Isla Mujeres, an island not far away from Cancun. That's where we got the chance to swim with the dolphins. Of cos they didnt allow us to bring our cameras and then tried to charge us outrageously high prices for the pictures they took. Strawberry daiquiris and pina colata every day. Having steak on the beach. Like it said "Life is good".
