Luke's New Big Boy Bed

After a week of me walking in to get Luke out of his crib and he was sitting on top of the rails we decided it was time for him to move out of his crib and into a toddler bed. He has been very into Cars so we bought all the cars bedding, the movie and some decorations for his room. It was our attempt at bribing him to sleep in the new bed. The transition has gone great so far, only two naps in his rocking chair and one nap on the floor. The rest of the time he has gone right to sleep in his bed. Now all we need is a light switch cover, so that he cant sleep with his lights on.

George, that he loves.











We actually didn't buy a new bed we just took
one of the side rails off his crib. But it looks like
he likes it anyway.

Zoo in the Snow

Luke loved looking at the bears, they are the
dark spots at the back of the wall.

This is the baby giraffe, about 9 months old
and about 7 ft tall.


Even though it was cold and snowing off and on
we still had a good time, and we pretty much
had the zoo all to ourselves.

Happy Valentines Day Luke

I think we can safely say that Luke is a fan of
chocolate. Lukes Valentines Day treat was a
piece of chocolate cake.

Luke's New Favorite Food

This was my first attempt at a Mickey Mouse
pancake AKA Teddy Bear pancake. It turns
out that Luke loves them.

Frosty The Snowman

On New Years Day we built a snow man for
Luke. Thanks to Emma and Grant for all their
help.

It's Another Boy!

Tuesday we went to the OB/GYN for our 18 week ultrasound. Well our little buddy sure wasn't shy and let us know that he was a boy on the first shot!! He was healthy and every thing looked great (although he was measuring a little big, no surprise there). We really like the name Jackson Grant. As of right now Jackie is due on the 31st of May but only time will tell how much that date will adjust.
