Well, I need to start crying the minute I think we have lost a ferret.....then it will come bounding out of the room I have 1. searched 10 times, 2. made enough noise to wake the dead. But not a sleeping stupid ferret!!!!!!!!!! I think I have cried more over those stupid fuzzies than my own children! arggggh. Obviously, we thought Gracie was gone. We didn't see her all day yesterday and have been making noise, rummaging thru closets, calling her name, sending Bob to get her, checking for fresh poop! all the usual stuff. All day yesterday and today until I sat down at the 'puter to make up a lost ferret poster....then....flash! what was that fuzzie thing going behind the couch !!!? Gracie!!!!! loves ....kisses....gone again! DAMN ferret. Bob even seemed concerned or was he just trying to tell us she won't get up?
Anyway, the house is turned upside down because we are putting Global Designs up in the loft to make room for the Baby Grand Piano.....woohoo! We have to move a lot of stuff and some went in the garage. Dad moves some at 4am, when he gets up. So she could have gotten out then. All is again right with the world.
Last night was an anniversary party for Chuck and Kristie O'Brien, at their house, it was ok. I really don't have much in common with the relatives. Dinner was nice and the dancing was fun....mostly 80's which was ok...lot of BonJovi and other fun stuff to sing and dance to. Most of the dancing was done by the girls in a group...more fun! We left before 11pm. We wanted to see if we could find Gracie and Richard had to get up at the regular time, 4am. yuck I'm watching Brenna today because Amber is working today and Al has to sleep until 4pm. The boys are at "the other" grandparents. Her site came off her arm so I had to put one back on. I'm getting pretty good at it, so is she. She is such a brave girl.
Well, I guess it's time for lunch, now, how many carbs in chicken nuggets?
