Miss Ivy

Our new addition...Miss Ivy. I was looking at pups online and told Adam I had been thinking of getting another dog, he saw her pick and we hopped in the car and boogied. It was a long drive to Logan. We didn't tell the kids...they were very excited and surprised! She's been a great addition and we love her to pieces.

First Day Of School 2011

The summer flew by and the kids are already in school! I am so late getting this post up they are actually off track next week. Crazy! I just got rid of them and now I'm stuck with them again! LOL! Just kidding! It seems like every time the kids are home someone is sick and we don't have a chance to do very much...SO crossing my fingers we get to have some fun!

 The boys changed schools and they love it! Every year we have our tradition of chocolate chip pancakes and pics by the honey suckle bush....and what year they are in school by show of their fingers!

Football Camp

Jake and Brysen are trying to raise money to go to football camp...to say it's expensive is an understatement! Being the loving parents that we are, we want them to earn it themselves, so this is the first of many fundraisers :)

So THE BOYS have put together a packet of one of our favorite games, "Don't Eat.." The pack includes a "Don't Eat...Barbie,Casper,Pete(M&M) ,and Peter(Bunny). So you can get all four for $15. They will b...e all color copies and we will put them in a protective sleeve. These are great gift (teacher appreciation week is coming) or for FHE, sleepovers, or classroom game and even for Grandma and Grandpa's house! It's easy fun and the kids LOVE it!

HOW TO PLAY: Place a candy on each square, send one person from the room, the group chosses what candy piece will be "Do't Eat..." when the player returns they eat the candy one at a time, the minute they touch the picked candy the group yells "Don't Eat..." It's simple, silly and fun!

If you only want a spacific game, they are $5 each...... FB me, email, text or call and I will get these to you! Even if we have to mail them!

Happy 11th

I can't believe our sweet little boy is getting so old. He will be 11 on Monday! One more year before Young Men's, Junior High, passing the sacrament.....makes me want to cry...sniff sniff!!!

 I am so proud of the young man he is becoming and look forward to the very bright future he has waiting for him. We love you bunches!!!

 

It's GREAT to be 8!!!

It's my baby boys birthday tomorrow! I can't believe he is going to be 8! He's so excited to be baptized, and cross his fingers get a new bike! He has been counting down to this birthday since the end of last year...I love you my sweet silly boy. I hope you have a very happy birthday!!!

Back On Track!

SO....I have been a HORRIBLE blogger. Let's be honest, I have been horrible at A LOT of things this last year, BUT, Adam is now home and I am working on getting our family back on track with a lot of things.

The boys started school in JULY. We has a short summer because they switched tracks. I am VERY happy about the switch and the teachers that they have. I am VERY fortunate to have a friend to trade babysitting with so I can help in their classrooms every week.

The boys are in football. WOW, that takes up a BIG chunk of our time, BUT we LOVE it!

Paige turned 3 on Sept. 17. She had a little party with her close friends. She was SO in to her birthday it was A LOT of fun.

Adam and I celebrated our 13 aanniversary on the 20th. It feels like we have been together FOREVER, but time has also flown by MUCH too fast.

Trials

Cut It Out!

Paige desided to cut her hair today. Thankfully she did a pretty good job. She mostly ended up with a mullet when it was all said and done. Paige held me a wiped my tears away and told me sorry as I sobbed over it!

I loved her long curly hair. Now i't going to take another year to get it that long again. I know it's just hair and it could have been SO much worse but I am still sad!

This is a picture of a picture. Unfortunately you can see where Paige took hand sanitizer and rubbed it on Brysen! Apparently he needed it!

Oh the Joy!

SO, I was on an important phone call and hiding out in the bathroom so I could hear, like any other self respecting mom. I hear Paige in the kitchen playing with Ebony's dog food. I kept thinking to myself, this doesn't sound good, but didn't want to be distracted from the call so I finished up and then walked out to this.

She was so proud of her self and commanded Ebony to "EAT".

UPDATE: As I just went upstairs to get the camera to post this picture, I found half of a bottle of Windex emptied out on my kitchen counter and Paige trying to wash the table. Oh, the joys of living with little, mischievous Paige!

Mother's Day

This is the necklace Adam got me for Mother's Day. I have wanted one since last year and he surprised me with it when he got home Friday. What a sweetheart. I heart Etsy, and my hubby!

Wild About The Zoo!

We went to the zoo the other day with Cambree and Hayden. I only got a few pics before my camera died. Love the mamma and baby elephant bums. Too cute. Paige is such a dork and I love her for it! Thanks for a fun day guys!
