Build a project that reimagines what it means to be connected. Use any area of AI from machine learning and computer vision to generative models to create an application or experience that helps people or systems interact in a novel way.

Requirements

What to Build:

Build a Tool or Application that measurably improves an individual’s quality of life.

What to Submit:

A product or application that executes the task. Include a short demo that shows your project's features and functionality. The project does not have to be deployed.

Include a URL to your code repository for judging and testing by making your code public or sharing access. 

Include a text description in the Devpost project submission and a clear README file detailing setup instructions, dependencies, and usage. This should explain the features and functionality of your project.

Judging Criteria

  • Idea Quality
    How creative, original, and innovative is the idea? Does it present a well-defined solution to the competition's challenge? Does the project stand out with a unique approach or a creative twist on an existing concept?
  • Implementation of Idea
    How well is the idea executed from a technical standpoint? Is the project polished, with minimal bugs in its core features? Is the technical complexity or the "wow" factor of the implementation impressive?
  • Potential Impact
    Does the solution have a clear real-world application and provide genuine value to users? Is the project scalable and could it be adopted by a wider audience?
  • Presentation and Demonstration
    How effectively did the team demonstrate their project in the video? Was the project's purpose, functionality, and value clearly communicated?
