This is where legends are made. Build your working prototype on-site in just 24 hours.

Who Can Join?
If you're a student with big ideas, this is your stage!
- Developers: Ship functional prototypes.
- Designers: Craft intuitive interfaces.
- Innovators: Solve real-world problems with tech.
- Team Size: 2 – 4 Members.
Eligibility
- Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from recognized colleges across India.
- All engineering branches welcome.
- Must be currently enrolled (college ID required).
- No working professionals or dropouts.
Team Rules
- One person, one team only.
- Inter-college and inter-branch teams allowed.
- No team changes after final submission.
General Rules
- All code must be written during the hackathon.
- Open-source libraries and APIs are allowed.
- No pre-built projects – build from scratch.
- Plagiarism = Instant Disqualification.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Maintain the Code of Conduct at all times.
- Intellectual property remains with the team.

All submissions must be made through the official hackathon website: www.hackbells.in
What to Submit:
- Select one track: Health Care, Public Welfare & Good Governance, or Disaster Response Management
- Problem statement from your chosen track (software-based solution)
- Presentation (PPT)
Selection Process:
- Visit www.hackbells.in
- Complete the registration form
- Choose one of the three available tracks
- Submit your title idea and presentation through the online form
Important Notes:
- Problem tracks will be announced just before the event starts
- This is a software-only hackathon
- WiFi and other necessary equipment will be provided by event coordinators
- Participants must bring their own laptops

Presentation, Technicality, Innovation
The judgement would be based on 3 criteria. Presentation - quality of ppt and how good the presentation is. Technicality - how technically sound the idea is. Innovative - is the idea creative.
