Requirements
WHAT TO BUILD
At HackRPI 2024, we encourage you to develop innovative projects that align with our theme, "Urban Upgrades." Your project should aim to improve city life, whether through enhancing infrastructure, optimizing public spaces, or integrating smart technology. We’re looking for solutions that can make cities more efficient, sustainable, and enjoyable for all.
In addition to the main theme, there will be several subcategories available, allowing you to explore and submit projects that may stray from the central topic. These categories will give you the flexibility to pursue creative ideas that still contribute to the overall goal of bettering urban environments.
What to Submit
Once you have your project, you’ll be submitting it here on devpost and giving a brief presentation at our project showcase. You must submit both the devpost project and give a 2-4 minute presentation, once you submit on devpost you can keep editing right up to the submission deadline, so don’t wait! Submit early and you can keep making changes until 11am on Sunday Nov. 5th. For devpost, you’ll need to register for this event, upload a project, and then submit it to our event.
