I'm a bad blogger....

The title says it all folks, I'm a bad blogger. I have lots to say not much time, and no way to say it so if it doesn't make any sense I am sorry. My life has had some major changes since my last post. So I'm just going to list a few.

1. I got a job at the Hospital! Yay! It's not the most glamorous thing in the world but I love it. I'm a Hostess so pretty much a take people their food. I like it because I get to meet lots of new people and hopefully make their day a little brighter by having a small conversation and letting them know I am there to do/get anything they could need. Just last Friday night I was passing a tray and the cutest old lady stopped me and told me that she looked forward to meal times and hoped I would pass her tray so she could talk to me. It made me so happy to hear that I almost cried. Since I got the new job I had to put my two weeks in at the lovely Red Mountain Spa, sad day but I'll for sure be back to visit lots.

2. About two weeks ago we found out my Grandma Lorena has two types of breast cancer and last Tuesday had a mastectomy. She is the toughest lady I have ever known she is already almost off her pain meds and wants to drive already. During the surgery the doc found out that they would have to take all her limp nodes, which is not a good sign at all and we are still waiting for results so if your still reading this please say a little prayer for one of the greatest ladies in my life.

3. I passed out at work in a nurses station and they called a code alpha on me. I probably one of the most embarrassing moments of my life. It was just a day after my grandmas surgery so my dad was at the hospital and was with me when they admitted me into the ER. I am just fine. It's just a small infection that caused my body to over load and shut down. So pretty much me and grandma were in the hospital at the same time which will be a pretty good story to tell later on in life and makes a pretty good journal entry.

4. It's been almost 50 days since my best friend left to serve the Lord and he is doing so good! I'm so proud of him and the choices he has made in his life to get him to where he is today. Let's just say the people of Japan are very lucky to have him, and I am very lucky to have him in my life. While he is gone I'll work hard, play hard and count down the days until he comes home.

25 years and counting...

Happy 25th Anniversary
Mom & Dad

Image  Happy Anniversary to the two most amazing people in my life. They are great examples of how to truly love each other and their family. At the moment they are just getting to Hawaii for a much deserved vacation without the girls and boy, even though I complained when they said they weren't taking us they still deserve it! They love each other so very much and I hope and pray I can have a marriage like they do. They really do laugh and love more then any other couple I've met. Sometimes I act annoyed when they kiss and act lovey around me but the truth is I really am grateful for they love they share because it teaches me so much. I don't know where I'd be without them. Both figuratively and literally. They have taught me so much in my life and I will never be able to thank them enough.  I know it's not as good as those homemade cards I'd make you when you are little but Happy Anniversary I love you both so much thanks for being the greatest parents anyone could ask for! Love you and can't wait to hear all about Hawaii!

Does curiosity really kill the cat?

Image
If you can tell but this is a drug bust.. Interesting right?

You know when you see someone pulled over with at least two cops you are thinking "huh I wonder what's going on there." Does that make you too curious for your own good? Well today on my way home from Alpine I saw one car pulled over with at least eight cops on the stop blocking the whole side of the freeway. This made me so crazy curious about what in the world was going on. I really want to know, I even wanted my mom to reverse so I could take a better look. Maybe even take some pictures. I know people say to mind your own business but with things like this isn't it supposed to be public knowledge? I don't want people to think I want to know everything about everyone because I don't I just want to know about some things like crime, especially drug busts. They just interest me so much. Well I guess I'll have to watch the news tonight to see if there is anything else about.

First Post!

Well, I'm new at the whole blogging thing so if you are reading this just bare with me. I have to talk about the great day I have had, and I'm kinda OCD so I'm just going to make a list.
  • I have the best friends in the world I know I only got to see them for a little bit today but thanks to them I have this great blog, and thanks to the lovely Miss Jones I have a cute title thingy (sorry I don't know what it's called yet) but it's fantastic and I'm really excited!
  • I got to hang out with my two little cousins today, Jaygen and Jaycee, they are the cutest things in the whole world.
  • I had a job interview at the hospital, yay! Cross your fingers I found out about it Monday, but I think it went really well!
  • I talked to the one and only Diane Adams and found out Buddy is doing better, this was very good new P.S.
  • I got to go to the Vault today for hip-hop and it was way fun (and a freakin good work out).
  • I watched my first Glee episode.
  • My nails are now painted two of my favorite colors, bubble gum pink and mermaids tears.
  • Me and my amazing father got to go to 25 Main on a date for dinner and it was of course delicious!
  • I'm talking to my amazing friend Brayden Matheson who leaves on his mission soon but we won't talk about it.
  • and now I'm blogging!
Over all it was a really good day and I'm really excited to officially be a blogger if that's how you say it.
