In the past six months, we have been recording these imaginative ideas on his magnetic drawing board: exaggerated and distorted proportions and shapes, children's immature handwriting, interesting textures left on the magnetic drawing board... I decided to make these vivid cars into stickers and small posters, so that he can share these interesting ideas with his friends. design project to express classical music by graphics and typefaces, this poster is the final one of the project, with the theme of Les Préludes, Liszt’s Symphonic Poem No.3. Symphonic poem is a single movement symphony invented by Liszt, which emphasizes the dramatic and lyrical nature of music. His Les Préludes expresses the view of French poet Lamartine that “life is the prelude to death” by using a triplet thematic motive to make a rich and imaginative variation.The poster design only uses the music title Les Préludes for typography. Different typefaces in the layout are transformed from the scenes that I associated from different paragraphs in the music, depicting the visual sense beyond the musicality and literary quality contained in this symphonic poem in a poetic way. Elements in the poster create a sense of space at different viewing distances, restoring the grand atmosphere of the music. Inspired by the dough resting during bread fermentation, we designed the brand identity with the concept of pause, conveying the brand proposition of pressing the pause button and enjoying relaxing moments in the busy and complicated urban life. The design of symbol and logotype has tilted some elements left and right, and processed them into a pixelated sense, showing a state of being immediately paused during movement. Unwindfully是一家含烘焙和酒水的集合店，我們受面包發酵過程中面團靜置環節的啟發，以暫停為概念設計了它的品牌形象，傳遞出給匆忙繁雜的都市生活按下暫停鍵、享受放松時刻的品牌主張。品牌符號和文字標誌的設計都將部分元素做了左右傾斜的設置，並處理成了像素感，表現出在運動過程中被即刻暫停的狀態。 <img width="4000" height="4000" width_o="4000" Scientist Coffee Just as stipulated in the design of The Scientist Coffee VI, the brand logo can be copied, stretched, enlarged, and cropped for use. In the design of The Scientist Coffee’s 10th Anniversary poster, I copied, stretched, and enlarged the long and short line elements from the brand logo ten times within the same picture, cropping the main information. At the same time, I added a variety of colors and the brand color black to complete a poster that is familiar and novel to the brand audience. I was invited by the organizing committee to participate in the creation of the 2023 competition yearbook cover poster along with nearly 40 other frontline designers. The book jacket of this yearbook are presented in the folded form of these posters. In response to the blurring of the boundary between poster and book jacket in this project, my design aims to combine the functions of both carriers. Therefore, I used the structure of the book jacket as the layout framework for the poster, and the text in the layout that has been disrupted is only truly clear after the poster is folded as a book jacket. Embarrassingly, I misunderstood the organizing committee’s indication of the folding direction of the poster in the project description, resulting in a deviation in the printing position of the official title on the cover from my design. However, this book jacket can still allow each side to be used as a poster or cover to effectively convey the content I want to express in the process of opening and folding.
