Key West Anniversary

For our twentieth anniversary we went to Key West Florida with Beau's old roommate and my good friend Josh and his wife Stephanie.  We were married a week apart.  We met up on the same layover in TX so Beau and I dressed the old person going to FL part.  We had a great time touring around, snorkeling, eating out, and playing in the water together.  We tried out golf carts and scooters to get around and did a lot of walking as well. The last day a storm delayed our flight several hours, but we still made it home.

January 2024

 Happy New Year!!  We started it off with a day of snow tubing.  We got a bit of snow to play in at home as well.  They called church off and we spent the day shoveling and playing in the snow, with our neighbor shoveling piles to make snow caves. Lydia had her winter ballroom showcase and turned 18!!  Beau and I celebrated our 20th anniversary. Those pictures are for another post.

December 2023

This December was a concert whirlwind and I loved it.  I love Christmas music. Tyler played in the Middleton Christmas parade, Tuba Christmas at the capital and in his Christmas band concert, Brandon had a Christmas band concert as well.  Lydia performed in the Nutcracker and with Millennial Choirs and Orchestra for a phenomenal concert. Beau and I had a white elephant party at the beginning of the month.  We went caroling with friends for FHE right before Christmas and enjoyed our Christmas day together as a family.

November 2023

Lydia had her last 1st ballroom performance this month.  They performed at a community ballroom event.  The youth had a pinewood derby together and the girls kicked butt.  Rigg and Kim's family as well as my mom came out for Thanksgiving.  We went to Top Golf, went swimming, froze at the Caldwell lights, they boys went to a football game and we made the most of our time together.  Most exciting moment was Lydia was accepted to BYU-Idaho!
