There are heroes who don't do enough to pass the admirable standards to qualify to be Pure Good, Near Pure Good, or even Inconsistently Admirable but help set the standard for what heroes need to pass in order to qualify in that given universe. As such these heroes serve as a benchmark for what heroes need to pass in order to qualify, meaning these heroes likely would stand out in other works, but end up being overshadowed by more admirable characters. Make no mistake, while these heroes may not be the most admirable their work has to offer, that doesn't mean that they aren't noble and many are still iconic.  Himeno is a supporting character in Chainsaw Man Part 1: Public Safety Saga. She was Aki's former Devil Hunter partner who had a crush on him and is part of the 4th Special Division of the Public Safety Devil Hunters. She has a contract with the Ghost Devil. She was voiced by Mariya Ise in Japanese and Katelyn Barr in English.
