Test of my Faith

We have hit another set back with the house. This time we aren't just back at square on we are in the hole. It's time to call it, taking a break from house hunting until spring. Man that hurts! Here we thought we were closing last last and were going to be finishing up moving this week. But no. I totally feel like I have wasted the last 4 months (not to mention the $$) and am no better off. I can't find the reason why, I can't see what it is I am supose to learn. The only thing that comes to mind is Faith. Have Faith that it will work out. We will be better off in the end. But it is so hard to want something, be told ok, and have it in arms length and then have it riped away. We will be able to stay in our rental house through the end of the year, don't know if we can stay longer yet. I guess it's the not knowing that is the hardest. Will I have to move again before we find our house? Do I have to displace my children again? I want to be able to tell them we aren't moving again, or we found the house and we will move on such and such date. I am glad we are staying here through Christmas. Last year we moved into our house one week before. That was hard. It was hard to get into the Christmas spirit. This year as soon as we are back from Thanksgiving weekend with family we are breaking out the Christmas boxes! Oh yeah DECK THE HALLS!!! I am so exicited to be able to decorate for Christmas! I Love Christmas. I love the lights, the sparkle in kids eyes, the fun of finding the perfect gift for a loved one. It makes me fill like a kid again. It's going to be great! We are going to have an awesome Christmas season. And with most of our stuff still in storage it makes chore time real fast. More time to PLAY!!!! Bring on the snow I'm ready! Ok ok I will stop enough of me spilling my brain for all it see.

Just feeling OLD!

So lately I have been feeling old and run down. Not really sure why. Could be because this year I turned the big 30, or that my baby will be 1 on Friday. But I sure feel down. Kids are out of school for the summer and we have been busy with summer fun. Trying to keep them busy so they don't get into trouble. The 3 girls started taking a few dance classes and love them. Ethan is calming down a bit. Don't know if it is because he his growing up or if I am just getting used to his VERY BUSY self! I love the time I have to spend with the kids, but welcome when it is nap/rest time! Life is crazy but it is good too. Here are a few pictures of the kids from St Patty's day. 9 Months

Taylor is 9 months old today! Wow time flies when your having fun right? She is such a joy in our family. The kids love her to death. Last month we moved her crib into Ethan room hoping she would start sleeping better (mama too) Not much luck until the last 2 nights and she has slept from 9:30pm- 6:00am! We have a much happier mama now! Yes without much "good" sleep it has been taking it's toil on the mama. For almost two weeks she only would sleep on top of me. So we spent a few night in the rocking chair. I am hoping she continues to sleep in her own bed from here on out! Ethan loves having her in there, and is sad when she's not there in the morning. Food Box

So a while back I ran into this web site. Decided to give it a try. Ordered a box of food for $45 and waited a few weeks until the pick up date. Here's what the box looked like when I picked it up.

And here is what is looked like after I opened it. I made a list of the meals and put it on the fridge. We ate most everything, still have some frozen veggies. This lasted us 3 weeks! I also get WIC so with that I didn't do any major grocery shopping. Bits and pieces, but not the big $$$ shopping!

Here is this month's box and I'm looking forward to seeing how it all goes.

New Camera

So a few months ago my camera bit the dust; aka dropped one too many times! So I got a new camera but I didn't really like it. Took way too long to snap the picture so I was missing all those way cute shots. So I took that one back and got a different one. That so far I LOVE! So here are the first pictures I took with my new toy.
