Do you need to make a change to your ticket?
If you purchased the Flex Lite or Flex Add-On, refunds and name changes can be made via your HYROX account. Please note, one name change per ticket is available for doubles and relay teams.
If you cannot locate your ticket or are having trouble accessing your account, please contact our HYROX Ticketing Support team.
