For years, I was a professional seeker.
I’ve stood in the circles of witchcraft and paganism. I’ve decoded the symbols of the Rosicrucians, traced the lineages of the Knights Templar, and studied the intricate geometry of the Kabbalah. I’ve consulted the Tarot, sat in the silence of mediumship, and looked for “The Truth” in ritual magic and psychic readings.
I was looking for the “secret key”—the hidden knowledge or the ancient power that would finally make sense of my soul.
I found everything except what I was looking for.
What I found was a lot of ego. I found systems that made me feel “special” or “advanced” while my heart remained as thirsty as the day I began. I found that “secret knowledge” often just builds a taller wall between us and the Divine.
The Great Simplification
Eventually, the weight of all those books, rituals, and initiations became too heavy to carry. I dropped them. And in the silence that followed, I realized something so simple it’s almost embarrassing:
God was never hiding.
I didn’t need an altar; I needed the earth beneath my feet. I didn’t need a grimoire; I needed to listen to the wind. I didn’t need to be “born again” or initiated into a mystery school; I just needed to wake up to the love already beating in my chest.
Why This Blog Exists
I’m not a guru, and I’m not starting a new movement. I’m just a traveler who took the long, expensive, complicated way home and wants to tell you: You can stop running now.
This is a space for the “deconstruction” of the esoteric. It’s a place for fellow travelers who are tired of the complex and hungry for the real. We’ll talk about:
-
Moving past the ego-traps of “power.”
-
Finding the sacred in nature without the need for ritual.
-
Living the Way of the Heart—a path of simple love and compassion.
If you’ve spent years searching for “something” only to feel more lost than ever, welcome. You don’t need a map to find what has been holding you all along.
