I attended an International Women’s Day event at GDG Indore… but this time, I didn’t just sit in the audience. I stepped forward. The theme was simple yet powerful: Break the Pattern. Listening to the speakers gave me a completely new perspective: • Ms. Jyoti Meena emphasized moving beyond words to real impact. • Ms. Savvy Jain shared a powerful message — if there’s no seat at the table, build your own. • Gaurav Sharma spoke about women in Web3 and the future with Avalanche. • Ms. Anupama Modi (She/her) led an insightful discussion on entrepreneurship. • Ruchika Drabla Keshwani explored agentic AI and the future of work. •Aarti Jethaniya and Mradula Mittal mam made the event too interactive and hosted it in a much good way •Lavisha Vyas :- made it much more interesting.. But this time, I didn’t just listen. I actively interacted with the speakers and entrepreneurs— asked questions, shared my thoughts, and received valuable feedback. That’s where real learning happened. And then something unexpected happened… I got the chance to step onto the stage and share how I am trying to break the pattern in my own life— by stepping out of comfort zones, taking initiative, and choosing growth over hesitation. That moment wasn’t just about speaking. It was about taking action. Because the truth is: Opportunities don’t come. You create them. 🎥 Sharing a glimpse of that moment.
