A lecture like a starter point point for gross work. I think it can be largely divided into a framework and a roadmap. 1. Ppeudae : Key points to consider when applying gross work in practice 2. Roadmap : A general picture of what gross work does and a 'concept' of how that picture is drawn in practice All that's left is to leave the starter pointer with Pikachu!

I'm really looking forward to the next lecture..ㅠ!

🌱 How to create a service that grows through data and experiments,
Would you like to learn about growth hacking together?

The ability to analyze and utilize data is being emphasized more than ever. Data analysis is no longer a role reserved for a select few; it's becoming an essential skill for everyone involved in service development.

  • Managers who can make appropriate decisions based on data
  • A planner who can analyze data to plan and improve services.
  • Marketers who can maximize advertising performance by leveraging data.

🎯Focus on the essence of data.

Many people decide to study data analysis and start learning analytical languages like Python or R. However, once they've mastered the language, they often find themselves even more lost as to how to apply it in their work. In fact, the data processing skills learned through Python or R are merely a means to an end, but many people misunderstand them as the ultimate goal.

🙌 The ultimate goal of collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data is service growth.

To create a growing service, a well-established process is necessary: defining the necessary data, collecting it, building an analytics environment, aggregating it, analyzing it, experimenting with it, and then incorporating it into the service. Furthermore, an efficient organizational structure and culture must be established to foster growth. While not all of this will happen smoothly in one fell swoop, through trial and error and repetition, the service gains experience in growth, and individuals also grow along the way.

Growth Hacking

  • Based on key indicators defined based on data
  • Learn through experimentation
  • Growing the service by rapidly iterating on this

Are you misunderstanding growth hacking as simply "getting a lot of subscribers"? (Or perhaps it's organic marketing that doesn't cost money and brings in a lot of users?)

Growth marketing (hacking) isn't simply a one-time event or viral marketing designed to increase subscribers. It encompasses the entire process of defining the data needed to create a growing service, building the environment, collecting, aggregating, analyzing, and conducting experiments. However, this doesn't mean you need massive resources or systems to get started. Even small startups can start small and build upon their existing environment and circumstances.

🌈 Experience the joy of growth.

While I currently work in data analysis, I've spent most of my career as a service planner and product manager. As a planner, I've thought deeply about how to create a growing service. I've studied and experienced methods for collecting and processing data, developing and testing hypotheses, and building and collaborating on experimental teams, all tailored to my needs. Later, I realized these practices formed the foundation of a growth methodology I call "Growth Hacking."

I've worked at both large corporations and startups. Regardless of company size, the most rewarding moments in my career have always been when I felt the service I was building grow and receive love from users . Of course, when a service is growing rapidly, I've also experienced significant personal growth. Growth hacking (or data analysis) isn't a silver bullet that solves all problems, but I believe it's crucial to finding an effective approach to growth.

I often get asked, "I'm a planner (or marketer...), how do I start studying data analysis?" I hope this lecture will provide an answer to that question.

I hope many people experience the joy of growth!
