I've been blown away by the amount of unfettered creativity that's been brought to light through this jam. An entire YouTube channel's worth of in-character content with a developing narrative?! Incredible, incredible work. If you're not already pursuing some form of storytelling as part of your creative life, I hope you reconsider. This is just so engaging.

(Also I know I'm in deep because I followed the URL on the back of the Soul Cemetery box and now I'm unsure where the narrative ends. 😄)

Was the 'all Jan Van Stijevoorts' strat always nerfed, or was this rule added in the new edition? It's a classic at our table, although our CM has threatened to smother each and every one of us with their cloak if we try it again. Jokes on them - that's part of our plan to get hold of the apple!

(This is great.)

I read this in machine translation into English, so much of the subtlety of the original Spanish was no doubt lost, but it still worked so well. I love the idea of the game getting tangled up in bureaucracy and never coming out. Far too believable!

Absolutely wild. The atmosphere it generates is so well done.

Such a lovely way to approach the theme of the jam.

Looking forward to this appearing as a beautiful hardcover book on Kickstarter in a couple of years!

This is an absolutely incredible project, and has to be the most ambitious entry to this jam. Really looking forward to reading it in more depth in the coming days. Get it while it's free folks!

This really conjurers an entire world in such a few pages. Really nicely done. Although now I think about it, the only unrealistic part is that Gordie's reddit post had more than three upvotes. 😄

Thanks so much, Bez!

A 23-page classified document?! Incredible. Saved for later to give it the thorough read-through it deserves.

Thank you! It was one of the most fun jams I've been a part of.

Oh, 100%! And that's why this jam is such a fun one. 😄

Absolutely stunning artwork.

Oh, making an errata is such a good idea! Especially one with the editorial comments left in.

Big fan of this flavour of madness. I particularly love that this is the "Quick Path" for character creation, implying that there's a much longer one in the book.

Making an in-game journal is such a great way to approach the jam!

Any game that lets you play as a Pastry Chef is a winner in my book.

There are some super creative ideas here. I love the Sycophant's class ability in particular.

This is so well done! The mood and the design work together perfectly. The external link to the news story in particular was a lovely touch.

This is such a fantastic concept, and really, really well executed.

This is far too real! I love the swerve to podcasting towards the end.

I'm so glad that came across! That was exactly the vibe I was aiming for.

This was such a delightful idea for a jam. Thank you for setting it up! I'm really looking forward to checking out everyone's entries over the coming weeks.

What a goddamn delight this is! So well written and designed throughout.

This is terrible. 10/10

This is so dense, in the best possible way. It feels super playable, right off the page. Also massive bonus points for a good pun title.

Love this concept! There's a tiny typo in the English, I think: 'quadrupedal' rather than 'cuadrupedal'?

This is a really evocative, desperate setting! How does the sprint back to the motel work at the end of the day phase?

This is a great concept, and the writing is really strong. I love how the game gently guides the players away from human SF tropes. Creating anything truly alien is really hard and this iterative, cooperative approach is a neat solution.

I love the concept of erasing Traits as Uselessness is added, it's so cold and fits the theme really well. As does the biopunk colour scheme!

This is a great setting and there are so many strong concepts in here! Is the first scene roll determining the location of the next scene? If so, does that mean each of the players can be in different areas, i.e. moving areas each player turn? I'm just trying to figure out how cooperative the game wants the characters to be. Both cooperative and independent would work well, it seems.

Thank you so much for such a thoughtful and kind review! The constraints that one-page games bring with them really gives us permission to make a very narrow experience – they don't need to to work in every possible situation or for every player or for campaign-length play. And so when they connect they connect, and I love that.

Well this is just delightful! 😄

This is great! The more (and more varied) voices we hear from the disparate world of TTRPGs the better. Looking forward to future issues.

This is such a great idea! Will run this for sure.

That means a lot. Thanks!

Thanks so much.

Love it!

Brutal final line!

The mechanics fit the theme so well, especially cutting someone loose to get away faster.
