can these assets be used in commercial titles with no restrictions?

i downloaded the assets and the walking hearts are cut off in the spritesheet. Is there anyway you can resave the spritesheet to correct for the cut-off edges of the walking heart and upload a revised copy please? 

Also, if at all possible can you have different sprite sheets for different animations please [eg, one for walking, one for twisting, etc.]?

the background and the foreground mist was very interesting. yes, i am developing 2D games.

so how do you download these assets? are you releasing them to the public [so we can download and use]?

this is really nice; would be even better if it was in vibrant colors.

is there any way you can add an animated mine cart? 2 versions: one empty cart moving side ways and up down [like your character] and another mine cart with the character in it?

Also can you add other items like: [1] food items, [2] mining equipment like:  shovel, pickaxe, flash light, lantern both with light and turned off?

Lastly, a few more enemies: a ghost [moving side to side and front/back like your character], rat, etc.

I would be willing to purchase the expansion pack and also pay for this collection, both to be used in our commercial title.

QUESTION: can you please save the assets as individual image with individual PNG files with no background color? great art; but it cannot be used as it is saved now. cannot import a giant image with color background and all items on a single sheet. the size of the images is gigantic too.
