Knifty Knitting

I have knitted 3 hats in that last 2 days.
(I will post pictures soon)

I was introduced to this craft by one of my students.
He taught me the basics and then I was able to try it out on my own.
It is so much fun!

Joe and I are going to have hats to match EVERY outfit!
(To bad we are now going into summer)

I want to get the long loom set soon so I can make scarfs and other items.

It is so wonderful to be at school eating pie!
And it is even better that it is educational pie.

My Obsession

I Love Stationary.
I love the way it looks
and I love the way it feels.

I love getting snail mail.
I love sending snail mail.

Opening a letter and seeing a bright colorful pattern is just grand.

I Love personalized stationary.
I love color!

I love seeing a pattern.
Isn't stationary fun!?!

Things I Want To Craft

I think this cake is beautiful.
The roses (so they say) are easy to make!
and the frosting is my favorite...
cream cheese!

This wreath is perfect.
You can make it whatever shape you want!
Glue on some coffee filters
and you have a beautiful way to welcome people
into your home.

A Challenge

Everyday I have a 45 minute ride to work.
And I have a 45 minute ride home.
During this time I listen to the radio.

Growing up I listened to the Backstreet Boys nearly everyday.
I loved their catchy songs and I thought they were pretty cute.

While driving I must hear a Backstreet Boys song once a week.
It has been at least 10 years
since I have put their CD into my CD player.
And yet...
I still know every word to each of their songs.
It amazes me that somewhere deep inside me
I have stored away their songs.

Challenge:
This week listen to a song from your Junior High years
and see how many of the words you can remember.
