Zac's Mission Call

Zac got a text as Roger, Amy and I were pulling out in the motor home to go to Bear Lake for Girls Camp for the week.  We told him to hold on and we'd be back in 4 days.  Once home we invited some friends over, bought pizza and had him read his call.  He has been called to the URUGUAY, MONTEVIDEO MISSION, to leave December 3rd!  We are so happy for him as I know he really wanted to go Spanish speaking.  Later we learned a funny thing.  He did not wait for 4 days but invited his friends that very night to open his call.  We  now have the video of him standing on the counter top reading his call.  He dropped to his knees when he learned he was chosen to go Spanish speaking to a foreign country - what he really wanted.  Well, everyone kept it quiet and just let us have our turn with Zac once we got home.  Haha!  I get his excitement.

Time to fly home for a Wedding!

Taya and Jason both flew home in time for their wedding.  

Jason actually bought a ticket and surprised Taya at the Chicago airport to fly home with her and get their marriage license.Then he flew back to work one more week while she did final wedding preparations.  Then he fly "stand-by" to come the next weekend for the wedding!  Luckily it all worked out!

Eagle Days
