Josh's Baptism

We have waited so long for this day to come. I have to say how greatful I am to a wonderful husband for never giving up. He has had to go through so much to get to this day and not once did he ever think about giving up. Most people would have but he truly loves the gospel and he loves McKenna and I so much that he is going to take us to the Temple to be sealed for time and all eternity. That means so much to me. This time next year we will be sealed FOREVER! It is so exciting to think of. Josh was Baptized, confirmed and was ordained a Teacher all in one day! It was more than a great day! What a blessing to have the Priesthood in our home. Josh is still glowing and I think he always will. I love you Josh!

McKenna's Birthday

McKenna turned 2! I just can't believe it. Her first birthday came fast and now it seems like yesterday that she just turned 1. I love her so much! She is so smart and she brings such a wonderful spirit into our home. I am so greatful to my Heavnely Father for trusting me with his choice daughter. We had a wonderful party with lots of family there to celebrate her special day. Thank you to everyone!

Life

Wow! It has been quite a while since I last posted. Sorry everyone! We are doing so good. Both of our girls are growing as you can see by the new pictures and there are more to come! Josh just started a new job with Smoot Brothers. It is another trucking job and he still gets to be home on the weekends! Yay! McKenna and I miss him greatly and love it when he comes home. We are very proud of him and for all the wonderful things he does for us. McKenna is getting big so fast! She will soon be two in January I just can't believe it! She is very active and learning so much and yes repeats everything you say so you have to choose your words wisely. :) I am still working for Integrity Home Health and Hospice and love my job! I love that I only work part time and can still be home with McKenna. We are so blessed!

McKenna's First Birthday

I can't belive McKenna is one! Oh we had such a fun time celebrating! She got a little cake just for her first birthday that came with her big cake and oh boy did she go to town. Of course Daddy fed her too much cake and she is now having exploding diapers every few hours! Oh well, it was fun and she is happy and healthy and we are just so blessed and proud of her. I'm excited to see her grow and learn through this next year!

CHRISTMAS IN WYOMING

We were able to spend Christmas in Wyoming with our daughter Frances! We had such a wonderful time being together as a whole family. Frances just loved her little sister McKenna and loved that they had the same pretty blue eyes that they got from their daddy! We stayed at Josh's sister Becky's house in Cheyenne and had a wonderful time with Joe and Becky and of course Tony and Jaquie! We played tons of games and had a wonderful time all together. My sister Brittney went and just loved being called Aunt Brittney from all the kids. On our way to Cheyenne though we got stuck in Rawlins! The wind was blowing the snow over the roads so much that they closed all of the roads. We couldn't even go around. We were really worried that we weren't going to be able to get to Cheyenne but they opened the road at 11am the next morning to Laramie and away we went. We had lunch in Laramie and the road was still closed to Cheyenne so we ended up going around to Fort Collins Colorado and then over to Cheyenne. We made it! I can't tell you how wonderful it was being together as a family for Christmas. It was wonderful!

"WEE"

Most kids I know are afraid of the vacuum especially if you try to chase them with it but not our McKenna. She chases the vacuum! We put her on the vacuum while using it at my mom's and she just started smiling and saying "wee"! She's hilarious! Image
