Hey there! I’m Jitvaan Nag — but you can call me Jizzle. I’m a 25-year-old Bangalore boy, and a BBA Marketing grad from Manipal Academy. Fun fact about me: I’m a bit of a mixed breed! My mom’s side of the family settled here in Bangalore over 30 years ago, all the way from the foothills of the Himalayas, AKA Himachal. So I guess you could say I’ve got a little bit of the mountains and a lot of the city in me! I’m a firm believer that life’s best lessons come from weird detours and even weirder experiences.
Over the past few years, I’ve worked across digital marketing (4+ years strong), recently pivoting into marketing analytics. Numbers, trends, brand strategy — I’ve seen it all. But life isn’t just about careers, right?
Somewhere along the way, I also dealt with some heavy BT’s— like drug-induced psychosis and phimosis. Yeah, not your average about page, but this is a space for honesty and healing too. Through it all, I’ve found power in vulnerability and humour in chaos.
I co-host The 7 Seas Podcast with my bestie pal from the Yee-Haw land, Sahiti Pyde AKA Sizzle, and I run a chaotic Insta series called “Jizzle Tries”, where I… try things. Mostly alcohol (for now), but more stuff’s coming soon — food, places, challenges, you name it.
When I’m not working or trying new things, you can find me enjoying my hobbies. I love football (YNWA — forever a Lallana fan), squash, and shamelessly vibing to anything that’s trending on Spotify (yes, I’m a Basic B*tch and proud).
This blog — Jizzle’s Thots — is my little corner of the internet where I share personal stories, half-baked ideas, late-night wisdom, and all the strange things I’ve learned just by living. Think of it as a chaotic knowledge dump with a soft, sensitive heart and hella humour, or at least that’s what I’d like to think. I love imparting knowledge on vague topics and wish to be a polymath someday, so I hope you have fun reading and learn something new!
