Each note is connected to a specific app, literally, it will move with your app windows. You can add a note for your browser, your text editor, Xcode, a game, and so on. When you are active in that app, you see the notes. Switch to another app, your notes for that app will appear.
In the picture, the note is pinned to Chrome, and has small notes relevant to what you might want to do in your session, or the next.
Add TODOs, reminders, links, passwords if you dare, or anything else you feel like.
Unless a note is explicitly deleted, it will be stored forever. You can come back to an app years and the note will wait there for you.
... are useful to mark notes. You could use a red note to indicate that it contains TODOS, change it back to yellow when they are taken care of or simply delete the note altogether!
Maybe blue for passwords, red for reminders, green for shortcuts, and yellow for ideas?
