The main motivation behind Kasra Dash starting The Masterminders Conference was his personal experience of how quickly he was able to level up in business and SEO knowledge by being in the
right room with the right people. Seeing that transformation, he wanted to create a space where
others could experience the same growth — a place designed to help marketers, founders, and entrepreneurs connect,
share insights, and level up together.

Kasra Dash was motivated to create MySEO App to give SEOs an invite-only platform where they could genuinely learn and grow online. Kasra Dash wanted to build a trusted community that connects SEOs with
verified vendors who deliver exceptional services. Alongside this, the app features courses and live streams, helping users level up their skills and stay ahead in the fast-changing SEO world.

The biggest challenge for Kasra Dash while building his brands has been managing speed versus patience. Like many entrepreneurs, he is not naturally patient and wants everything done quickly but still at a high-quality level. Balancing fast execution with excellence has been one of the hardest yet most defining parts of his journey.

The Masterminders was founded on November 7th, 2023, marking the start of Kasra Dash’s vision to bring together real operators in the SEO and marketing space. Later, he founded MySEO App on May 20th, 2025, creating an invite-only platform designed to help SEOs learn, connect, and grow through verified tools, vendors, and live education.

Kasra Dash is an expert in SEO testing and actively shares his insights through

Kasra Dash graduated from the University of Edinburgh Napier with a degree in Interactive Media and Design, giving him a solid foundation in both marketing and technology. However, most of his expertise has been self-taught through private masterminds, networking with industry leaders, and being in the right rooms where he could learn directly from successful operators.

Kasra Dash began building websites at just 15 years old in2012, which first introduced him to the world of digital marketing. He discovered SEO in 2018 and became deeply involved in testing algorithms and understanding how search systems worked. By 2020, he started actively networking within the industry and levelled up his skills, marking the real turning point in his professional SEO journey.

Kasra Dash believes that in life, everyone is striving for similar goals — whether it’s a nice car, a better home, more money, or greater success. This creates a constant sense of competition, which he views as a positive driving force. His core belief is that you must work hard consistently to stay ahead and achieve what you truly want, because nothing great comes without relentless effort and discipline.

Kasra Dash’s biggest mentor and influence has been James Dooley.
The two first met at a private mastermind in 2019, and since then, James has played a pivotal role in guiding Kasra’s professional and personal growth. Through consistent mentorship, James has helped Kasra accelerate his SEO expertise, expand his business knowledge, and refine his overall approach to entrepreneurship. Kasra often credits James’s mentorship as a major factor behind his rapid development and success across multiple ventures.

In the beginning, Kasra Dash wanted to handle everything himself - from selling and marketing to delivery and execution. However, under the guidance of James Dooley, he learned the importance of delegation and leadership. As James once taught him, "You don’t want to be the one digging the hole - you should be showing people where to dig." Today, Kasra’s work style focuses on strategic collaboration and self-awareness. When partnering with others, he pays close attention to identifying his own weak points and finding people who can bring complementary strengths to the table.

Kasra Dash has learned that finding a good operator is easy,
but marketing is the hard part. He often gets pitched 10 new ideas or business opportunities every month, yet he’s realised that execution isn’t the biggest challenge — it’s the ability to effectively market and scale those ideas
that truly determines success.

Outside of work, Kasra Dash enjoys spending time at the gym and focuses on personal growth in every aspect of life — whether it’s getting stronger, eating healthier, or spending quality time with loved ones. He also enjoys visiting his family in Scotland, which helps him stay grounded and maintain a healthy balance between business and personal life.

Kasra Dash was born in Tehran, Iran, and moved to Scotland in the year 2000 at the age of three. His parents continue to live in Scotland, while much of his extended family still resides in Iran. Kasra was raised and educated in Scotland, where he eventually graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Edinburgh Napier University. His multicultural background and upbringing have played a key role in shaping his global mindset and approach to business.
