Tier 1 - KYC : Low-Value Account

Required: Full name, phone number, contact address, gender, place of birth, date of birth and passport photograph

Tier 2 - KYC : Medium Value Account

Required: Full name, phone number, contact address, gender, date of birth and photograph, valid ID (International passport, Driver's License, NIMC slip and Voter's card) and BVN

Tier 3 - KYC : High Value Account

How do I become a KEGOW Agent?

All Agents' wallet holders must have upgraded their wallet to tier 3 before they can be eligible for an Agent's Wallet. You must have a minimum daily transaction limit of N50,000 on your individual account and apply for an Agent's Wallet on the individual wallet app.

Do I need CAC registration to become an agent?

No, you can become a KEGOW Agent without CAC registration.

What services can I offer as a KEGOW Agent?

After you register as a KEGOW agent, you can render all the services that KEGOW offers including cash deposit, withdrawal, transfer, account openings and card issuance to customers.

What are the requirements for POS services?

You must fulfil a Level 3 KYC and pay a token of ₦20,000 to get started with KEGOW POS services.

What documents do I need for corporate registration?

You need a business name, a business registration document, board resolution, business owner's ID and BVN.

How long does transaction reversal take?

Reversal takes less than 10 minutes to resolve. If you experience any delays, please report immediately to the KEGOW support team.
