24th of July!!

We had a pretty mellow 24th of July. We started the day off at the parade in Spanish Fork, then the kids played all day on the trampoline with a sprinkler underneath it. They had so much fun!

Fiesta Days!

Image
Image Every year on July 24th, Utah celebrates the day the pioneers finally made it across the country to their final destination..Salt Lake City. Our city has it's big fair the week of the 24th. We have made it a tradition to go to the fair and let the kids ride the rides. This year Peyton even went on some of the big rides. It may be awhile before she does that again!

Peyton's Cute Hair

Sometimes when I'm really lucky Peyton will sit still for 10 minutes and let me do her hair. This is her hairdo the night she went to see a play with Grandma Keet and cousins. They have so much fun together on girls night out. Peyton carried her sleeping bag around for hours and had it hanging on the front door.

Night at the Pool

While Kris was out of town we did everything possible to make the time go by faster. One night we went to a BBQ and pool with some friends from church. It was late by the time we got into
the pool, but I finally had to pull Peyton out at almost 10pm to go home

S'mores with the Anglesey's

We invited our neighbors across the street over for a fire and s'mores one Saturday night. We had so much fun talking by the fire and eating lots of yummy s'mores. I'm really sad to admit that we have lived here for 5 years and this summer is the first time we started hanging out with them. Im sure we will have plenty more especially if Peyton and Boston have a say in it!

Camping in the Backyard

We have been promising Peyton to go camping this year, and since it hasn't worked out yet, we decided to bring the camping to our backyard.Yep the tent, the fire, the s'mores and the princess sleeping bag. Blake got to sleep in the comfort of his own crib and sit this one out.

Baby Kelsey is here!!

I had such a fun time with Kera the week before she had her whopping 8 pound 11 ounce baby gilr! We went to a movie, played in the sprinklers, walked around the mall with the kids, and finally jumped on the trampoline. (That was the most entertaining for me.) Kera let me come into the delivery room for the birth and it was more amazing then I ever dreamt it would be. I definitly think it's more fun watching then it is pushing! Kera is an awesome mom! I learn so much from her. Kelsey is so lucky to be the 4th little princess in their family.

Fourth of July

We had a fun Fourth of July boating with the Cotants, my mom and Jim. We spent most of the time in the water, so these are the only pictures I got. Peyton was wearing the cutest shorts and tank top with stars all over and Blake wore a shirt with a flag on it. We stopped for shakes at Dairy Keen in Heber. They are so dang good! Kris and I watched fireworks out the front window while the kids slept!

Our Cute Girl!

Peyton is so much fun right now. She has a very interesting vocabulary. She tries to use words like actually and probably in sentences that some of the time make since. She thinks she knows more then any of us in the house, but ofcourse she does, because she's 3 1/2. She loves making things and playing with friends. The thing I love the most about Peyton is she's such a girl sometimes when she wears her dress up clothes, and screams with a very high pitched scream. But then she will get all dirty and has to play squirt guns with the boys in the neighborhood.

Our Little Man

Blake is so dang cute! He climbs on everything, loves to play in the dirt, and really likes to pick on his sister. He is into and on everyting but we wouldn't have him any other way. He likes to carry on conversations with anyone who will listen, but who knows what he's really saying. The things I like the most about Blake is how determined he is to beat Peyton off the slide and back up the ladder, his smile, and how easy going he is.

Shea Comes Home!!

My cousin Shea got home from serving an LDS mission in Spokane, Washington. Everyone loves Shea! He is one of the funniest guys you will ever meet. He's the one holding Peyton.
