Boys

Here are my cute boys. Blake may be mischievous, but he is the sweetest little guy around. One night when Peyton was fast asleep, we kept hearing Blake in the bedroom talking. Well after awhile, we went in to check on him and couldn't find him in his bed. We were lifting up the covers and turning on lights, then we looked under the bed and this is what we found .

Tractor

Blake was in heaven when we walked to Uncle Rex and Aunt Betty's house for theBBQ. They had this cute tractor Uncle Rex made sitting on the side of the house. Blake ran as fast as he could, so he could be the first one on.

Fishing and Hiking

Day 2 of camping was a lot of fun. We woke up, and had yummy chocolate chip pancakes. Then we went fishing. Kris got two fish right off the bat and let Peyton and Blake reel them in. They both were not sure what to do with a fish that was floppin' around. We roasted hot dogs for lunch and went on a hike to where the river begins. The kids were troopers walking the whole way. When we got back, we had Kris' famous spaghetti and hung out by the fire before the storm rolled in.

Camping

For the fouth of July weekend, we went camping up to Willow Flatt, ID. Everytime we go camping, something major happens and we end up spending the night down at the family farm. Well, this year was no different. After a fun day of fishing, hiking, eating yummy camp food and hanging out by the fire; the dark clouds rolled in. No sooner did we get to our tent, and the storm started to bring a ton of rain and hail. We had so much rain, the water in the river started to rise, and under our tent felt like a water bed. We bailed and headed to the farm for the last night. At least our kids will have some vivid memories of Willow Flatt...even if they are traumatic!

Train Ride

One Thursday, after Kris got back from Washington D.C, we decided to take the kids on a train ride. We drove up to the Heber creeper rail road and took a ride on the train. It was a lot of fun and a beautiful day! We had to have Dairy Keen afterward as well.
