Meadows Family: 2007

Well I figure I won't be able to post much before Christmas so I wanted to wish everyone a very Merry Chrismtas. I love this time of year, I get so excited when I get to pull out all of my nativities to display them for the month. Anyway, not much has gone on since our last post, I thought I had more pictures, but I don't want to post them yet...since they are the ones that we took for our Christmas card...and those of you that read this should be getting one in the mail soon :)

So, Kendra had her High School Musical birthday party on Saturday...it was crazy, but I think she had a great time with her friends and cousin.

I haven't written for a few weeks now and boy has a lot happened.

My sister-in-law, Jana, had a new baby boy...John Ross, he is adorable and such a great little baby. Kaylie sure loves him, it's so cute when she see's him.

Well Thanksgiving has come and gone since my last post, we had a great time at Spencer's parents house. The kids swam, did a fun craft and we all ate way too much...except Kendra, she hardly eats at family functions.

That night we went to Magic Kingdom with Steven and Brenda. Kendra and Makenzie picked most of the rides we went on, we had a fun time.

Our Ward Christmas party was a western theme...odd, but the girls had fun. I just wish that they would do something more about the real meaning of Christmas instead of doing country western dancing, I mean come on... Anyway, the girls did meet Santa and believe it or not, Kaylie did not even cry. She had her fingers in her ears the whole time and I have no idea why, but there wasn't a single tear.

Almost montly I decorate the bulletin board outside of Kendra's clasroom. This is a picture of how I decorated it for Christmas, I love it.

After school this last Thursday they had this UL (fire safety) thing set up. Well we weren't told it was only for the after school program, so we took our kids there. They were kind enough to let them particiapte before the other kids got there.
