Please be patient as international transit can take a while! 4. Lost Package Policy International shipping can be unpredictable. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost in transit, I offer a one-time free replacement. While the plushie itself will be free of charge, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement. We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" but stolen from your porch/mailbox, or for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
