Friendly Front is a pilot project, aimed at making local businesses more welcoming for neurodivergent and socially anxious customers. The focus is on small, practical changes—like keeping interiors visible from outside, clearly pricing items, reducing unsolicited staff interaction, and making seating and ordering protocols obvious in restaurants and cafes. Many neurodivergent people find stepping into a new space the hardest part, so Friendly Front helps businesses create a smoother first experience, making it easier for customers to return.
