Loving Life!

Image
Life has been so unbelievably good to us!
Blogging has been on the backburner while I have been
enjoying my favorite little people!
But it seems that the memories are being made quicker than I can document them,
so hopefully I will be better on keeping up!!
Lots to come!

Hayden's Tonsils out!

Image
Hayden has been a little trooper with her sore throats and ear aches
but we couldn't take it anymore...
it was time to get the tonsils out and fix the ear...
Image
Dr. Chase did her surgery and they took out her adnoids and tonsils.
and then patched her eardrum and repaired it...we hope that it works!
Image

Image
She did great the first 2 days and then it went downhill from there!
She got really sick and was miserable...
It was good she kept her little sense of humor through it all!

End of School!

Image
This is our 6th year throwing an end of year school party!
I didn't know if I would make it this year being oooo soooo pregnant...
but it worked out great and the kids had a blast!

We had a good mix of Reilly's friends and Jaces friends, and even
a couple of Haydens came for a while...
we had a total of 34 kids coming and going all afternoon!

Reilly's 4th grade class was awesome!
I was their room mom, and they were great kids...
She loved her teacher Mrs. Gubler...
It was definitely one of her favorite years!

Jace loved Kindergarten...
His teacher was Mrs. Buzzell. she was Reilly's Kindergarten teacher also...
I was beyond happy when he got her!
She is a wonderful teacher...
We got lucky!
She loved Jace just as much as we loved her!
A Great Year!

The best part of the night is that he dad gets to escort her onto the floor
when they introduce the years Super Steppers.

Easter!

Image
Easter was so much fun this year!  We spent it at
Grandpa & Grandma Harris'.
The morning started off with finding our baskets and heading to church...
Image
Then an a delicious dinner &Easter Egg hunt
with all of the cousins that were
in town....
Image
Hayden was so funny...on the Easter Egg hunt, Grandma Harris
fills some eggs with money and some with candy,
Hayden would shake the egg and if it didn't jingle like there was
money in it she would leave it an not pick it up....
SMART KID!  haha

Dad saddled up some horses with Shayne

Before we left Jace was staring out of my sister in laws window and said,
"Man I sure am going to miss this place!"
Hopefully it won't be too long that we will one day be there for good!

Reilly's Essay Contest!

Image
Reilly entered the Sons of the Utah Pioneers
Essay Contest.
You had to write about one of your ancestors.
Image
She chose to write about her Great Grandpa Asahel McBride.
He was an amazing man and was really accomplished...but
the thing she loved most about him was his love for his family and the gospel,
and how his life changed, and he was successful because of those two
simple things.
She took first place with five other kids from our school and was given an
award and 20 gold coins from the Sons of the Utah Pioneers.
