⏱ How long can this take?

• Bitcoin (BTC): Can take 20–30 minutes or longer, depending on network congestion and fees.
• Other chains (e.g. LTC, ETH, etc.): Often confirm within a few seconds/minutes, but can still be delayed if the network is busy or the fee was low.

While you’re waiting:

• Do not send a second payment just because you don’t see the upgrade yet — only send more if you know you underpaid (see below).
• You can continue browsing the site — the upgrade will apply automatically once the payment is fully confirmed.

⚠ Partial / incorrect payments

If you:

• Sent less than the required amount, or
• Sent on the wrong network/chain, or
• Closed the page and are not sure if the payment fully went through,

then our system cannot automatically fix or upgrade your account. A staff member has to manually review and adjust it.

If you have underpaid, you can fix it by sending the remaining amount to the same payment address. Our system will combine the payments automatically once the blockchain confirms them.

Only send additional funds to the exact same address shown during checkout. Do not generate a new payment or use a different address.

If you are unsure how much is remaining, or you think you sent the wrong coin/network, please follow the steps below instead.

? Need help or not upgraded after paying?

If:

• It’s been more than 60 minutes and your account is still not upgraded, or
• You know you made a partial / wrong amount payment,

Please create a support thread here.

When you create your thread, include:

• Your username
• The payment method / coin you used
• The TXID / transaction hash (from your wallet or exchange)
• The address you sent funds to

A team member will check your payment and manually upgrade or correct your account as soon as they see your thread.
