Party TIme!!

I am soooo excited for this week. I can honestly say that this month is one of the greatest months of my life. Not only am I going to be 16, but I get to party it up twice as much since we are also celebrating Jacob's birthday. (his is the day before mine) Holy Cow, our band is going to compete in Bands of America next marching season. We will be competing on a NATIONAL level. I am soooo excited. Hopefully I will be the drum major of said band ;.) HAPPY 16 TO ME!!!!

wow I suck at this!

Yes, I really suck at updating. Nothing interseting is going on here. I plan on trying out for drum major at school, which should interesting. The drum major's job is to be in charge of the entire band. I think that I could do it, but it is still increadibly intemidating. Aunt Beth, Deven and I have been going to church with Scott and Kris. I really love going to church with them. I have never heard anything that I knew was so true. School starts again tomorrow, but I will be seeing Disturbed and Killswitch Engage in 9 days!!!

I am such a slacker

I am such a slacker. The marching season is over and things have calmed down. I am now trying to catch up on school from the hecktic marching season. School is going well as is band. I beat seniors out on a solo in our fall concert. That was fun. The other day Aunt Beth, Bruce, Delores, Nick, John, and I all went to see Twilight. IT was absolutely horrible. So bad in fact that we were laughing the whole time. When I leaned down to tell Aunt Beth that it was rediculious, she snorted. lol. It was funny. Today Aunt Beth and all of the women in our family are taking a girl day and going to Alabama, so Deven and I are chilling at Delores'. I will be trying out for honor band soon, so wish me luck.

Crazyness!!!

Thanks for that oh so subtle hint to update my blog Delores. Ha ha ha. Things are absolutely crazy right now. I have had practice every day of the week but Wednesday, football games on Fridays, and competition on Saturdays, so this is my first chance to update.
WE MADE FINALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Saturday we went to competition and went against some of the best bands in the state of Georgia. The way this competiton works is this: there are two rounds and in the first round everyone puts on their show. There are judges on and off the field to judge music, form, and the colorguard. The awards ceremony is next. The judges give out awards and list the bands that made finals. We were one of those bands!! Which was absloutely crazy!!! since people don't even know who we are. I was happy. Then we competed again. it was great.
Tomorrow I get to spend the whole day with Jacob, which i am really looking forward to!! i will do better about updating deleores. ha ha ha

Finally.....a break

Gah, as most of you know from both mine and Aunt Beth's Blog, things are crazy! Finally, after a long and hectic 6 weeks, we get a break (Deven and me from school and Aunt Beth and Bruce from being our transportation from school/marching band) To that I only have 2 words....Heck Yes!!!!
The next two weeks will be absolutely hectic!!! We have practice everyday but Wednesday and Sunday and have all day competition on Saturday. How I am going to juggle in school, I have no idea. It is a good thing that I have this week off to get ahead or else I would never see the light again. lol.
I am completely ecstatic about tomorrow. I get to go to my boyfriend Jacob's house tomorrow night. He is having some sort of bond fire thing, so it should be fun. I will be meeting his parents, so of coarse I'm a bit apprehensive. ha ha ha. Wish me luck. We might also be seeing a movie....so we'll see. In other Jacob news, he made the Georgia state soccer team!!! What can I say....he is a soccer god lol. j/k But he is seriously gifted in the soccer department.
