Letterboxx for Mac

A calm Mac home for newsletters worth keeping.

Free
In English
Version 1.0.6

Letterboxx overview

Letterboxx turns the newsletters you already receive into a calm, organized reading library on your Mac.

Instead of letting newsletters pile up beside personal mail, receipts, work threads, and account alerts, Letterboxx gives them their own place to land. Connect Gmail or a standard IMAP account, choose the mail folders Letterboxx should connect, and import local newsletter copies into a focused Mac app built for reading, sorting, highlighting, searching, and revisiting.

Use Letterboxxes to give newsletters a home, Auto-Delivery rules to route recurring senders automatically, Clean View to tidy messy newsletter HTML, and highlights, favorites, reminders, and filters to keep track of what is worth coming back to.

Letterboxx is not a full email client or a live mailbox mirror. It is a local-first newsletter library for people who want subscribed writing to feel collected instead of scattered.

Take your inbox back. Keep the newsletters.

What's new in version 1.0.6

This update improves subscription reliability and newsletter list stability.
  • Subscribed customers should no longer briefly see or get stuck on the subscription screen while Letterboxx verifies App Store access at launch.
  • Letterboxx now recovers access more reliably from verified subscription history when StoreKit has a temporary entitlement delay.
  • Restore Purchases now gives clearer feedback if no active Letterboxx subscription is found.
  • Improved newsletter list stability during background imports and sync, including cases where the Today view could briefly appear blank.
  • Refined the message list internals so row updates stay steadier while new newsletters arrive.
