Ordered a replacement remote for my ceiling fan. It doesn't work.  I searched the website to find assistance and started their chat feature. In the chat, they were looking for a manual for my remote but couldn't find one. I've reached out to the company twice now through email and haven't heard back from them in over 3 weeks.

The Anderic universal remote worked perfectly out of the box with my Pioneer soundbar. This was after I discovered that I had used a bad battery originally. Customer Service was very responsive to my questions.

It just took a little to long to receive it but, it was the correct item.

Product and customer service and definitely 5 star! After working flawlessly for almost 10 years, our ceiling fan stopped responding to the remote that came with it. Found the exact remote on Anderic website and ordered it.
When it came in, it did not respond to the fan either, even though we went through all the steps listed in the instructions.
Called customer service, who quickly ascertained that it was probably a problem with the receiver in the fan and not the remote. He issued a return label to send back the remote and placed an order for a universal replacement receiver and remote. Got a refund for the first remote and received the replacement in less than a week. That was indeed the problem and we once again have a functioning fan!
