I needed straight legal advice with the added touch consideration to my situation with my soon to be ex wife - I wanted someone I could trust to advise me as, although it is a simple divorce, I need to take family emotions, feelings and reputations into perspective without comprising knowing my entitlements and rights - Shawn did a fabulous, honest and concise job of this. I feel much better about the implications in how I choose to proceed. Without trying to make me a cash cow client he helped me immensely.

I came to Shawn midst of my divorce case after getting nowhere with my divorce case with another lawyer that only took thousands of $$$ from me and not really helping me to see where I stand after 1 year of back & forth letters. My first free consultation interaction with Shawn was amazing! It was the first time ever that I felt someone got my back and is ready to help me and my children. My partner has been represented by Mr Philbert and his team for almost 6 years. Unfortunately my partner has been involved in extensive family court litigation as a result of his ex wife’s psychological abuse of the children that has led to the systematic alienation of all three of his children starting in 2020 with the first child at age 13.
