Your vehicle is currently registered in the community parking system.  If you receive a boot on your vehicle, please confirm the following Parking Restrictions has not been violated.

DO NOT park in Reserve Parking or Reserve Parking Spaces with a Number without an approval and assigned parking space.

DO NOT park in Future Resident, EV parking spaces without a electric vehicle and Handicap Parking without a permit.

DO NOT park unregistered vehicles inside the garage without a parking confirmation of registration. 

DO NOT allow your parking to expire to avoid a vehicle boot. 

Our company will not be held liable for any registered vehicles, unregistered vehicles,  vehicle break-ins, placement of vehicle boots, parking restriction violations, etc.

The laundry pods, bleach, garbage bags, dishwasher pods and paper towels are is located in the lower cabinets near the kitchen sink.

Supplies 

Put the key inside the keyhole. Wait until you hear a sound and a green light will flash, then turn the key to unlock the door.

If you jamb the door lock bolt by pushing on the door too many times, pull the door towards you and try to unlock the door again.
