Bridge Hospice in Lubbock, TX is truly exceptional. The hearts and compassion of the staff are beyond amazing-they treat patients and families with genuine kindness, dignity, and respect during an incredibly difficult time. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and cared for. Their communication was excellent and consistent. They kept us informed, answered every question with patience, and always made us feel heard and reassured. Knowing our loved one was in such capable and compassionate hands brought us so much comfort. I am deeply grateful for Bridge Hospice and highly recommend them to anyone in need of Hospice care.

My dad was battling cancer and unfortunately he needed Hospice care. We were lost and didn’t know what to do or where to go. That is one of the hardest decisions we have ever had to make. We contacted bridge hospice and Christina and the bridge hospice team did an amazing job and walked us through everything and treated us like family.

I just got off the phone with Presley after calling to ask a question & I must say, she is a GREAT representation of the great customer care Bridge in Lubbock instills & looks for in their employees. I have not been there in person but I imagine, just by the sound of her voice, her sincerity would make anyone dealing with a tough situation feel a bit more at ease. There is not much more you could ask for from an employee in this work field.
