Second time doing grading with Concept! Enjoy the experience and the staff is very patient in explaining the details and provides recommendation. Syafiq is very helpful and providing inputs on how to view the defects in my cards. I will come back again.

Xavier Toh and Andy were very patient to explain and very passionate about what they are doing. For first timers like us, it was interesting an an eye opener. They gave their honest suggestions too. We will definitely come back again!
