I love F45 for the 45 minute in and out getting the most iut of your time. I like to travel and use the passport function onto other gyms but there's nothing like coming home to F45 Oak Forest where you're treated like family in an upbeat atmosphere. Keep up the great work Oak Forest Houston!

I was visiting from out of town, and this F45 is the most welcoming I’ve ever been to! They had new equipment and the coaches were amazing. If I lived in Houston I would definitely go to F45 Oak Forest.

First experience was awesome! Coaches Javier and CJ were very helpful, welcoming, and energetic. Definitely will be going back.

Ever since I stepped into F45 Oak Forest 7 months ago, I have felt welcomed, supported, and even challenged by the amazing staff. With each workout, they push me past my comfort zone & I am impressed by the amount of strength and endurance I have gained over the last several months. Each of the staff goes above and beyond to get to know everyone, and they make it a point to celebrate their personal wins. I am so grateful to be a part of this inspiring community!

Such a fun class! The coaches were engaging and brought so much energy, go if you want a good challenge!
