Pause where you are.
Take one slow breath in through the nose.
Exhale gently through the mouth.
On the exhale, say (out loud or silently):
“I am no longer asleep to myself.”
When finished, do one small physical action
— stand up, place your feet on the floor, or touch something solid nearby.
Without action, the Gate remains symbolic only.
When ready, proceed.
