I currently work as a Personnel Coordinator for Louisville Metro Government and have several years of experience in Human Resources and administrative support roles. My career goal is to continue growing professionally and move into an HR Manager or Administrative Manager role. Long-term, after my husband retires, we hope to open a community art studio together that offers art classes, workshops, and creative opportunities for the community.

Career Goals

MANAGEMENT SKILLS: I manage multiple HR responsibilities for Louisville Metro Government Public Health and Wellness, including payroll operations, employee relations and discipline matters, offboarding, and classification and compensation processes while maintaining organization across deadlines and projects.



ANALYTICAL SKILLS: I have experience analyzing and developing workplace policies, reviewing payroll data for accuracy, and interpreting and applying HR regulations, personnel policies, and union collective bargaining agreement (CBA) language to support compliance and operational efficiency.



TECHNICAL SKILLS: I regularly use UKG, Workday, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office programs to manage payroll processes, maintain employee records, track projects, and support daily HR operations.
