What is The Class Cancelation Policies?

We offer a generous 4-hour cancellation window for all classes. To avoid any fees and to give others a chance to book their favourite classes, please make sure to cancel at least 4 hours before the class start time. Thanks for helping us keep things running smoothly for everyone!

What is The Best Way To Get Support?

Our MEAs (Member Experience Associates) are here to help. If you need anything, just call the studio at 289-212-YOGA (9642). We’re always happy to support you.

What if I’m running late for class?

Classes begin on time. For safety reasons and to preserve the atmosphere of each class, we have a strict door policy, latecomers are not permitted once a class has started. Equipment may already be in use and the lights are often dimmed, which can pose a safety risk. Thank you for helping us keep the studio safe and respectful for everyone!

What is Oxygen for Life?

Our Oxygen for Life membership is our most popular option and offers the best value if you’re taking two or more classes per week. It’s a bi-weekly rate that’s locked in for as long as you keep the membership active. We require a 90-day commitment, and 30 days’ notice to cancel the membership. A $20 admin fee applies to the cancellation process.

Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes! Autopay memberships can be placed on hold with a minimum two-week hold requirement. There is a $20 bi-weekly hold fee. If your hold is medical-related, the fee is waived with a doctor’s note.

Are phones permitted during class?

Phone usage in class is not permitted to ensure a calming and immersive experience for all of our members!

What do I need for my first class?

Arrive 10–15 minutes early for a warm welcome! Our Member Experience Associate’s will give you a studio tour, explain policies, take your profile photo, and make sure your medical waiver is completed. Save time by filling it out beforehand. Come ready in sweat-wicking workout gear and bring: • Water • A sweat towel • A yoga mat
