I had called about a malfunctioning AC unit, and within the same day Alan came to my rescue. Dude was like the Michael Jordan of fixing AC units. He got er done in only a matter of time. I think i blinked a couple times and the dude had everything set up before i could get my next breath. Absolutely fine job by Alan, 10/10 satisfied with my service.

Checking into Pacific Beacon was a smooth and welcoming experience, thanks to Andrew. He was an outstanding leasing agent—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and answered all my questions clearly and patiently. The apartment itself was even better than expected. It was spotless, well-prepared, and completely move-in ready. You could tell the team took pride in making sure everything was perfect. It made settling in feel effortless. Big shoutout to Andrew and the team at Pacific Beacon for making the move such a great experience.

I had the help of Andrew with my leasing process, he communicated in a very timely manner and helped me figure out what it was I had to do in my moving in process. He was able to move me in right away and was very flexible about my schedule with my command. I’m very thankful for his professionalism and effectiveness with my leasing process
