Coach Grimm and Peak Fitness has been a game-changer for my 15-year-old daughter. As a two-sport athlete she's always trying to improve her physical fitness and overall health, but like many girls her age she can get self-conscious about working out in public. Not an issue with this program. The environment is incredibly positive and supportive. Also a tell-tale sign I know it's effective - while we can all admit working out can be a challenge to sometimes get excited about - my daughter still looks forward to her sessions even months after starting. The coaching staff takes the time to get to know the athletes, set realistic goals and given them just enough of a push to stay motivated and committed to achieving long-term success. Rick is incredibly motivating and knowledgeable, and he emphasizes the importance of recovery just as much as training, which has made a huge difference in my overall performance.
