Today, the House of Representatives passed a package of bills providing funding for government programs for fiscal year (FY) 2026, which runs through September 30, 2026. The President is expected to quickly sign the bill into law. All three federal sickle cell disease programs were maintained with the same funding levels as years prior. This includes:
