2/20, 25, 26, 27: Kuv's Secret Supper Club: Feb menu 303 IFTAR ft. Persian flavours II
Each evening is a guided culinary journey led by Chef Kuv. Courses are introduced as they arrive, with the story unfolding through food, table, and conversation. Menus are revealed only at dessert, the evening closes with a short address, a printed menu, and a shared Polaroid. A new menu is presented each month. The cuisine changes, the structure remains. This approach, combining narrative and cooking, is known among regular diners as Kuvisine. About the Chef Chef Kuv is the founder of Dubai’s first home-based underground supper club and a pioneer of the city’s supper club culture. A self-taught cook with a background in architecture and music, he has created over 350 original menus drawing from global cuisines and local produce. What to Expect This is a mystery-led dining experience. Guests are asked to arrive open, curious, and present. The details are revealed over the course of the evening.

3/6: Mesa by Kiki Alvarez: Mesa | A Ramadan Evening
Mesa: A Ramadan Night Mesa is an intimate evening where food becomes pause, and the table becomes a place of presence. Inspired by the spirit of Ramadan, this night is an invitation to slow down, break bread together, and honor the beauty of shared moments. Rooted in plant-forward cuisine and guided by intention, the menu unfolds gently, designed to nourish the body while leaving space for reflection. Candlelight, warmth, and thoughtful flavors come together to create an atmosphere of quiet connection — where conversation flows softly and time feels suspended. This evening is created in collaboration with Vitu, as we explore what two cultures share in common: coffee. A ritual of hospitality, conversation, and grounding — a moment that brings people together across traditions. Mesa is not just a dinner. It’s a gathering. A moment of gratitude. A table set with care.

welcome to ōdē! we are so happy to have you! an ōdē is a lyrical poem from ancient greece which was used to celebrate a triumphant individual or victory. to me it's about celebrating ingredients - a way to showcase simplicity, using ingredients as a whole, and connect with a community that appreciates good food. ōdē's goal is to be sustained by a minimal waste kitchen, seasonal produce sourced locally wherever possible, and highlighting beautiful ingredients and the myriad of ways they can be used!

Join Vini (Vinitha Plakkot) on a journey through the flavors of South India, where every dish is a testament to the region's rich cultural tapestry and a tribute to the ingredients that make it truly unique. Born and raised in a culture where food is not just sustenance but a celebration of life itself, she could enhance her skills and mastering the art of creating traditional dishes that tell the story of generations past. Over the last 20 years, Vini's culinary adventures took her from the UAE to Kenya and Turkey before she finally settled back in Dubai. Each stop along the way spiced up her knowledge of how culture and history flavor these countries' food scenes.
