Standpoint is a doctoral research project at Lancaster University, developing practical standards for neuroinclusion in UK business schools. The work is participatory: neurodivergent staff and students take part as co-researchers who shape the research and share their knowledge as equals, rather than being studied. At the heart of the project is a Consultation Circle, a small group of neurodivergent people, including autistic and ADHD staff and students, who guide the research and help design fairer standards for business schools to work towards. The aim is to build neuroinclusion standards that could sit alongside existing business school accreditation, so that inclusion is recognised and rewarded rather than left to chance. If you are a neurodivergent member of a UK business school, or you simply care about this work, you are welcome here.
