Beginner 50k: An Inclusive Group Coaching Program
with Coach Des Clarke Virtual Program Structure (12 Weeks): Price: $300 (Assistance available upon request), $50 deposit paid upon signup and remainder charged 2 weeks before the program. Capacity: 8–15 runners Weekly Zoom meetup: Wednesdays 5pm-6pm PST, starting June 17th and ending September 2nd What is Included: Free consult call May 21st 5-6pm PST to hear about the program, meet Des, and ask questions 12-week progressive trail/ultra training plan Weekly group Zoom call (60 min) - recorded to watch later if you miss a week Optional strength suggestions (no gym bro energy) One bonus 1:1 check-in (15–20 min) Private group discussion thread
